The pressure of graduate students are so heavy, the competition is so fierce that many students can’t get the ideal jobs. And now I am a post graduate student, too. I will graduate next year, so I start to find jobs recently, I feel so much pressure, though I have good education, I still get rejection from the companies. Because of these, I think we should adjust their strategies.

毕业生的压力是很大的，竞争是如此的激烈，以至于很多学生无法找到理想的工作。而现在我也是一名研究生，我明年就毕业了，因此我最近开始找工作，我感受到了很大的压力，虽然我有着高学历，但是我仍然受到了一些公司的拒绝。因为这些，我觉得我们应该调整一下策略。

The pressure of graduate students is so heavy. On the one hand, we don’t have experience, so they don’t know how to get the job interview and miss many chances. On the other hand, there are more and more students have high education, some have received higher education, some have studies abroad which make our resumes stand out. Those average students don’t have advantages over the above mentioned ones.

毕业生的压力是很大的。一方面，我们没有经验，因此不知道如何得到面试机会，错过了很多机会。另一方面，越来越多的学生有高等教育，一些人接受了更高的教育，一些人出国留学，这让我们的简历突出。那些普通的学生比上面提到的学生处于劣势。

Average students need to make our resumes specially, so we can have the chance. We can describe our characteristic to fit the job, the employers will see this and give you the chance. Students can also make their internship experience stand out, because the employers pay special attention to it.

普通学生需要让我们的简历有特色，因此我们才会有机会。我们可以把性格描述得和工作的需求吻合，雇佣者看到这些，才会给你机会。学生也可以突出他们的实习经历，因此雇佣者很注重这个。

The job pressure is heavy for every graduate student, if the students take the wise strategy, we can have more chances to get the job.
