In IBM, there is such a person who contributes herself silently at the ordinary operating post and expresses her enthusiasm and respect for the profession with hard work and inner persistence, she is the most lovely and outstanding employee Li XX in the Electronic Workshop.

时光的轮盘飞转，李XX于2014年7月1日加入IBM，转瞬间，已在IBM度过4个春夏秋冬。李XX初来乍到，她什么也不懂，从最简单的插件做起，到后来的电路组装，她所在的岗位责任关乎着整条线的产出。2017年重点岗位总检员工离职，她就主动申请从事该岗位，从事该岗位一年多未出现一起品质事故。

How time flies! On July 1, 2014, Li XX was employed by the IBM. In a twinkling of an eye, she has worked for IBM for four years, however, when just recruited at that time, she knew nothing about the work, so that she had to proceed with the simplest plug-in component and engaged in circuit assembly later because her post-based responsibilities are closely related to the output of the whole production line. In 2017, after the chief inspector at the key post quitted, she applied for it on her own initiative, and fortunately, there has been no quality accident in the past more than one year since she assumed her post.

当问及她进入IBM以来的工作感悟时，她说：“只要肯努力，没有什么不可能的，任何努力都不会白费”。是啊，天上不会无缘无故掉馅饼，只要努力就会有收获，在2018年10月15日刚开展的芜湖工厂电路板外观检验技能比赛中，李XX荣获检验第一名，并获得荣誉证书及500元现金奖励，这对于总检岗位的她来说可谓是小菜一碟啊，但成功的背后也少不了辛勤的汗水与付出！

When asked about her work feelings since she joined IBM, she said that: “nothing is impossible to a willing heart and efforts will never be wasted.” Admittedly, there’s no such thing as a free lunch and our efforts will be paid off. In the Skills Competition for Appearance Inspection of Circuit Board conduced in Wuhu Factory on October 15, 2018, Li XX won the first place for the inspection and the certificate of honor as well as cash award of RMB 500 Yuan, which was just a piece of cake for her in comparison with her post of the chief inspector. Behind the success, however, there was always accompanied with the sweat and dedication of hard work.
