为避免找不到行李，你可以在行李上放上「名牌」 name tag，或贴贴纸识别。如果在「行李转盘」 baggage carousel 上怎样都找不到行李，就可能是 行李延误或遗失，此时可以拿「行李存根」baggage claim tag 到「行李领取中心」baggage claim office/ counter/center 寻求帮忙。若是行李在运送过程中受 到碰撞或挤压，也可以到行李招领中心「申请损害 赔偿」file a claim，不过请在 24 小时内提出申请。 航空公司也推出 app 服务，可即时追踪行李，旅客 再也不用担心找不到行李。

Attendant: The current exchange rate is 6.6 renminbi to the dollar.
