星期一早上，我6：00就起床了，你猜我要去干什么？我呀，要去跑步。

Monday morning, I got up at 6:00. Guess what I"m going to do? I want to run.

我和我的好朋友卢培丹一起去跑步，到了小游园，那里的人可真少啊，于是我们就跑了起来，我们跑呀跑，那里的人越来越多，有的.人说：“你看这两个小朋友这么早就起来跑步了。”有人说：“快看。”

My good friend Lu peidan and I went running together. When we got to the little garden, there were so few people there. So we started running. We ran and ran. There were more and more people there. Some people said, "you see these two children got up so early to run." Someone said, "look."

我们一共跑了半个小时，我们两个累得直喘气儿，这可真是一件让我高兴的事。

We ran for half an hour in all. We were so tired that we gasped for breath. It really made me happy.
